Get whisker to whisker diving with the Seals at Montague Island!


Get ready for one of the funnest experiences you can do on the South Coast! 


No scuba diving experience needed! We will guide you on the day!


The seals are not shy at all and will often jump in the water in large numbers to come investigate and play with you. This is a super fun and interactive experience. 

Our prices include everything you will need for the day! A PADI Instructor right by your side in the water with you. Snorkel with the seals after your scuba dive to experience a different perspective! Visibility ranges from 10-40m+ 

On your journey look out for flying fish, dolphins, migratory birds & whales (September-November).

A shallow section of the reef in the Marine Park, known as the Aquarium, is the best spot to interact with the seals and perfect for your first diving experience. 

December – May is when it is best to dive with the totally adorable SEAL PUPS! Need we say more!

Itinerary

  • Meet at Apex Park Boat Ramp Narooma. Please be mindful that our times can vary slightly depending on the weather. 
  • Dive equipment fitting 
  • Meet your Instructor and run through the essentials of scuba diving
  • Briefing of dive including boat safety and guidance for best interactions with the seals
  • Boat trip 10-15 min
  • Dive with the seals
  • Snorkel with the seals 
  • Return to Narooma

What to Bring

  • Towel
  • Swimmers
  • Sunblock
  • Something warm to change into when you return
  • Camera.

Please be mindful that all of our tours are dependent on the ocean conditions and minimum numbers to go ahead.


Sea sickness can be experienced even in slight seas and will ruin your awesome day.  We highly recommend heading to the chemist to get some over the counter tablets prior to your trip with us. 

Sometimes tours get moved to earlier time slots.  If this is a possibility we will give you as much notice as possible.
